Implemented Peoplesoft applications, data conversion from MCSi to MCPC included inventory, supply chain, customer support (CRM), payroll and HR (Peoplesoft) for branch off from MCSi. Included definition of requirements (hardware, resources, etc), training and support. Consulting and directed on operations, security, configuration and setup of B2B and B2C e-Commerce sites after MCPC was split off of MCSi.

Director of all e-commerce activities, managers, developers, support and administrative staff. Responsible for staff development at all levels, team building, organizational structure, business development aspects with sales and pre-sales representatives, performance evaluation, conflict resolution and strategic planning.
- Managed all eCommerce and eBusiness initiatives, with sales nearly $1 Billion, and 70% of those sales through eCommerce portals. Acquired and managed $100 million eCommerce platform company located in Berkley, CA, streamlining all eBusiness activities from multiple systems and platforms under one proprietary system, directly integrating multiple sales offices, development and quality assurance locations, redundancy systems and warehouse locations.
- Directed all IT infrastructure and development activities with 20 direct reports and over 130 indirect reports in multiple locations worldwide, with an annual budget exceeding $50 million.
- Integrated over 10 acquired companies into corporate IT structure and systems, coordinated training and specific business needs among those acquisitions.

- Directed staff growth to over 80 professionals including developers, supporting staff and quality assurance, with annual development budget between $2 and $6 million.
- Was originally recruited as the Lead Developer and Software Development Manager, and was very “hands on” throughout my tenure.
