ANTHONY YOCKEY has over 25 years in the computer and management arena. This includes consulting for such companies as Siebel Systems in San Francisco, Sterling Commerce in Dayton, and iWay Software in Manhattan.
Formerly, he is the CEO and President of Global Exchange Technologies, Inc, in Fort Myers, Florida and Toledo, Ohio. This company was established by him and another individual by merging the assets of each of their companies to create a stronger presence and provide the customers base with stronger options. Customers include StoreVentures (Texas) and CSAuctions. Additionally, Anthony handled the eCommerce systems for MCSi in Dayton, Ohio. This includes integrating MCSi form their legacy eCommerce solutions to state of the art technology driven by Zengine software, offering their customers with procurement solutions to control internal processes and costs. Previously, he was the President and CEO for the company he founded, Universal Digitech, Inc. Universal Digitech is a complete e-business solutions provider for business clients. Clients range from start up Internet companies to established public companies active on the Internet. Customers included Citrix (Fort Lauderdale, Florida), ChateauVary (England) and Autograph Times/Photo Classics (HDS Productions, Arizona). He developed and he operated Auction First that was a multiple seller auction site. Auction First acts as a "venue" for sellers and bidders, much the same as eBay. Auction First generates revenue currently from commissions and added features to sellers, and banner advertising space. Additionally, Auctions On The Net was a "directory" of online auction sites, and indexes several auction sites' listings. Revenue is generated from advertising on the site. Ultimate Software Group, Ltd. (NASDAQ: ULTI), hired him as a project manager engineer for their Payroll/HRMS system. During the last 6 years, he acted in several capacities with Ultimate Software, being involved during the full course of a initial public offering. He still acts as a technical consultant for Ultimate Software in the setup and implementation of their new SQL-Server based Windows Payroll/HRMS system, and was the Director for Software Development overseeing over 80 managers and staff in the development, quality assurance, support and administrative areas. Mr. Yockey was pursued by Ultimate Software as a result of his reputation as a computer and management consultant while running Technical Data Consultants in Ohio. Customers of Technical Data Consultants included Dana (a fortune 100 company) and the State of Ohio. He also managed the US operations of a Belgium company in Bowling Green, Ohio. He was able to get the company, with a track record of large losses, turned around and showing profit within 6 months. He was also able to get an additional $1 million line of credit and additional equipment financing with their bank that only a few months prior was ready to call in the notes. Anthony served in the US Marine Corps at the end of the Vietnam War. He was trained in avionics technology by completing over 3 years of schooling in less than 6 months. He also scored one of the highest scores ever on their examinations. |
